1. Safety and explosion protection for complete machine
The complete machine has obtained the explosion-proof certificate issued by Nanyang Explosion Protected Electrical Apparatus Research Institute. All components are EX explosion-proof components and each explosion-proof part has obtained the certificate. The alarm for combustible or toxic gas is set in the machine to detect the leakage of combustible/toxic gas in time. The refrigeration compressor is adopted by using pressure vessel design with the designed pressure bearing of above 10Bar, which can ensure the intactness of the evaporator in gas flash explosion. The compressor has good explosion-proof performance. The inner core of evaporator is of detachable structure, convenient for maintenance and cleaning, and there are plate type, finned tube type, shell and tube type, etc.
2. Discharge up to environmental standards
Shenling terminal dedicated integration VOCs gas condensate recovery system can match a variety of purification process, to all the tail gas condensation, adsorption, catalytic oxidation and ozone purification process. It can achieve long-term near zero emission, and the device can set the concentration detection instrument to realize the online concentration monitoring function, in order to meet the country’s strict requirements for tail gas treatment.

The liquid oil can be recovered immediately, and can be directly used. Meanwhile, the recovery quantity of liquid oil can be displayed through the meter in real time.
4. Control system
The oil and gas recovery unit can adopt automatic/manual control mode. The automatic mode includes operation mode and standby mode. PLC and automatic control of touch screen are adopted for easy to operate. The field equipment is equipped with remote communication function, Modbus RTU communication protocol and RS 485 communication interface, which enables remote monitoring and operation of the equipment.

Notes:
- The above cooling capacity, power and size are based on the oil and gas treatment temperature of -75℃, for the benzene recovery unit (treatment temperature of about -20℃), its cooling capacity, power and size will be reduced.
- All above dimensions are based on the size of the integrated unit, and the component unit can be designed according to the site situation.
Economic benefit analysis (refer to actual operation data of oil depot)
The annual oil output of a refined oil depot in Guangdong province is about 300,000 tons, and a set of 600m3/h oil-gas treatment equipment is selected according to the loading situation. The average daily operating time is 10 hours, and the annual operating time is 300 days. The oil and gas recovery unit adopts three-stage refrigeration (-70℃), with the actual average operating power of about 35kW.
If the average comprehensive recovery rate (Guangdong) is 0.8‰, 800kg can be recovered daily. If calculated according to the unit price of RMB 5000 /ton, the daily income is RMB 4000 and the annual income is RMB 1.2 million.
If the average daily electricity consumption is 350 degrees at the unit price is RMB 1, the average daily electricity consumption is RMB 350 and the average annual electricity consumption is RMB 105,000.
In addition to the cost of replacing worn parts and maintenance of RMB 15,000, the annual net income is RMB 1.08 million.
The investment cost can be recovered in about two years.
